Embryo transfer has been utilized to produce high quality brahmans & strengthen the genetics in our herd while maintaining fertility & structural soundness. We embarked on our first embryo transfer program on 17 October 2002 using grey sires JDH Karu 800 & TWA Grande Bo 104 over donor cows Condor Wattle 196 & Brahrock Miss Sue Anna 2587. Five sires from our first two E/T programs were sold at auction in 2005 to top at $12000 twice. We completed eleven E/T programs & progeny from these programs now form the strong genetics in our breeders
Other grey sires used successfully in our programs include JDH Mr Brandon Manso, JDH Mr Manso 506/2, V8 Superstroke 287/5, JJ Doss Press 8, JDH Bross Manso 949/2, Mr V8 690/4, WR Mr Sid 305. Red semen utlilzed in E/T AI includes Palmvale Atomic Sting, Lancefield D Robinson, Abbotsford Duracell, Fairy Springs Red Dollar, Tartrus Redmont, BB Mr Sting Ray 10/0, NCC Zambian & VL Rojo Bravo 2/28.
